Export & Share

Your hands are yours. When you want to back them up, open them in another tracker, or feed a solver, HandRecorder hands them over in a tap — in the format you need.

Export a session or your whole history

  1. Open a session (or go to your full history).
  2. Tap Share / Export.
  3. Choose a format:
    • CSV — open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers for your own analysis.
    • JSON — structured data for scripts, other apps, or a clean backup.
    • PokerStars hand history — drop straight into trackers and solvers that read the PokerStars format.
  4. The iOS share sheet opens — AirDrop it, email it, save it to Files or send it to another app.

Why export matters

  • No lock-in. Your record leaves the app in standard formats whenever you want it.
  • Study anywhere. PokerStars hand history means your live hands work in the same tools as your online ones.
  • A second backup. Alongside CloudKit backup & restore, an exported file is a copy you control.

Export is a Plus feature. CSV, JSON and PokerStars hand-history export are included in Plus, Premium and GTO plans. See plans →

Keep it safe automatically

Exporting is for taking data out. For everyday safety across your devices, turn on CloudKit sync + backup & restore — encrypted in your own iCloud, no account needed. See Review your session and the Features page for the full picture.

That's the journey

Record → Review → Export. From the felt to a full, portable record of how you really play.
