By downloading and using HandRecorder, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HandRecorder, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HandRecorder for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may install and use HandRecorder on any iOS device you own or control
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- You may not use HandRecorder for illegal purposes
- One license per device unless using iCloud sync (multiple devices with single subscription)
3. Subscription Terms
HandRecorder offers optional subscription tiers (Plus and Premium) through Apple's App Store:
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before end of current period
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation
- You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Free features remain available if you cancel a subscription
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of HandRecorder is subject to our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- All poker data is stored locally on your device
- You own all data you record
- iCloud sync is optional and encrypted
- We do not access, collect, or transmit your data
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
HandRecorder is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- That defects will be corrected
- The app will meet your specific requirements
- Accuracy of poker statistics or tracking data
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits arising from app use
- Poker playing outcomes or decisions made based on app data
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the app (if any)
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to HandRecorder:
- Immediately without notice for violation of these terms
- For any reason with 30 days notice
- Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
