HandRecorder does not collect, store, or transmit your poker data.

• All data is stored locally on your device
• No user accounts or authentication required
• No cloud data transmission (unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync)
• No analytics, tracking, or third-party data sharing

Offline Operation

HandRecorder is designed to work 100% offline. You can:

• Record poker hands without internet connection
• Access all features and statistics
• View your complete hand history
• Export data in CSV format

iCloud Sync (Optional)

Premium users can optionally enable iCloud sync for multi-device access. When enabled:

• Data is encrypted using Apple's Advanced Data Protection
• End-to-end encryption between your devices
• You can disable sync at any time
• Sync is not required for core functionality

Data Security

Your poker data is protected using:

• iOS Data Protection API for secure local storage
• Biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID) for app access
• Secure keychain storage for sensitive data
• No background data transmission or uploads

Your Rights

• You own all your poker data
• You can export your data at any time
• You can delete the app and all data from your device
• We never share your data with third parties

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be:

• Posted on this page
• Notified through the app (for existing users)
• Effective immediately upon posting
