By downloading and using HandRecorder ("the poker tracking app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the poker app. HandRecorder is designed for live poker players who want to track their Texas Hold'em sessions and tournament results.

2. Description of Service

HandRecorder is an iOS poker tracking application designed for:

• Recording and tracking live Texas Hold'em poker sessions
• Managing tournament blind structures and timers
• Analyzing poker statistics and performance
• Organizing poker session data locally on your device
• Advanced live poker analytics for serious players

3. User Responsibilities

Permitted Uses

• Personal poker session tracking and analysis
• Tournament blind management for organized games
• Statistical analysis of your own poker performance
• Sharing exported poker data that you own
• Using live poker venue discovery for finding games

Prohibited Uses

• No cheating: Don't use the poker app to gain unfair advantages during live play
• No commercial redistribution: Don't resell or redistribute the poker tracking app
• No reverse engineering: Don't attempt to extract source code from the poker app
• No false information: Don't input deliberately false poker data to manipulate statistics
• Respect venue rules: Some poker rooms prohibit electronic devices during play

Subscription Tiers

• Free: Basic poker hand recording with limitations
• Plus ($4.99/month): Unlimited recording, export, cloud sync for poker data
• Premium ($9.99/month): Advanced poker analytics, notifications, venue discovery

Payment & Billing

• App Store managed: All payments processed by Apple
• Automatic renewal: Poker app subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through App Store settings
• Refunds: Subject to Apple's refund policy

Subscription Benefits

• Poker tracking benefits are activated immediately upon purchase
• Access continues until subscription expires or is cancelled
• No partial refunds for unused subscription periods

• You own your poker data: All poker session data belongs to you
• Local storage: Poker data is stored on your device, not our servers
• Export rights: Export your poker data anytime (Plus/Premium)
• Deletion rights: Delete your poker data by deleting the app

• No user accounts or registration required
• 100% offline operation (except optional poker venue lookup)

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

Service Availability

• App Store outages may affect downloads/updates

Accuracy Disclaimer

• You are responsible for entering accurate poker session data
• Poker statistics are only as accurate as the data you provide
• We don't guarantee the mathematical accuracy of poker strategy advice

Limitation of Liability

• We're not liable for poker data loss due to device issues
• No responsibility for poker losses or gains
• Not liable for poker venue policy violations
• Maximum liability limited to your subscription fees paid

8. App Store Terms

HandRecorder poker tracking app is distributed through the Apple App Store. You also agree to:

• Apple's payment processing terms
• Apple's refund and cancellation policies

9. Updates & Changes

App Updates

• We regularly update the poker app with new features and fixes
• Some updates may require the latest iOS version
• Critical security updates may be automatic

Terms Updates

• We may update these terms with advance notice
• Major changes will be announced in the poker app
• Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms

10. Termination

Your Right to Terminate

• Delete the poker app anytime to end service
• Cancel subscriptions through App Store settings
• Export your poker data before deletion (if desired)

Our Right to Terminate

• We may discontinue the poker app with 30 days notice
• Active subscriptions would be refunded proportionally
• Your local poker data remains unaffected

Governing Law

These terms for the poker tracking app are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in due process therein.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining terms continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and HandRecorder poker tracking app.
